Full Body Appearance:



Redstar's name is no lie: the most obvious thing about her is that she is red. However, she prefares russet and white because she feels like she has seen enough red in the last fourteen moons. Puting into more detail, Redstar has soft, fluffy, bright red fur that appears almost luminous, even in the lousy moonlight. On the tip of her long and feathery tail, there is a splash of white. She looks more like her mother than father which continuosly pleases her as she developed a hate for her father and soon after a love of hating her father. It seems complicated to others, and she doesn't blame them. Her eyes are a stunning emerald green eyes. They look like the texture of marble, smooth but scratchy. Overall, she is a beautiful cat.

Full Personality:



Redstar is a very fair and generous cat. She acts like her past doesn't effect her and she even pretends that the events in her life don't even exist. It is more pretending than lying, as she feels like lying is deceiving and a bad habit, one that will easily crush one's leadership skills. Her loyalty to IslandClan stands out like black against white, dull against bright. She has confidence issues because of her weak voice, but her love for her Clan has led her to feel a little more confident. No, she isn't completely confident, nowhere near it, but somehow she is improving on it bit-by-bit. The thought of StarClan makes her feel a little bit paranoid, because why not? There are ghosts watching over you when you're stressed...But she respects the dead in every way.

History:


Kit: As a kit, Redstar was Red, an innocent and happy-go-lucky rouge. She lived with her parents, Sunset and Ice, her grandparents, Marmalade, Mist and Snow and her brother, Percy. They would usually ask of Sunset and Ice's littermates or other siblings. For moons, Ice lived a lie, simply saying that he, like Sunset, was an only kit. However, Ice did infact have siblings. Two older brothers by the name of Makapak and Fish. They hated him because of his mother's death, so Snow and his son ran away and met Sunset, Marmalade and Mist. Then one day in Leaf-Bare, Makapak and Fish found Mist and Ice when they were hunting. Lust for revenge and desire of payback for the horrible accident that lead to Red's grandmother's death, both cats were killed; the tom for vengeance and the she for being a witness. Little did they know that there was another witness - Red was sent with Percy to find the two adults and saw every single thing.


Apprentice: Memories of their family members' deaths worried Percy and Red through their 'apprenticeship' and led them to be always alert and aware of their surroundings, but nothing major happened to them in the seven moons of training they shared.


Warrior: Red, now newly named Redmist, was chosen in many patrols and battles for her exceptional loyalty and effort. Nothing major happened apart from the death of a friend.


Deputy: When Spiderfang, Duskstar's deputy was killed in battle, Redmist was chosen as deputy. She carried out her duties - organising patrols, taking part as second-in-command, etc. Soon after her deputyship, Duskstar died at the age of 79 moons, therefore making her leader.


Leader: Not much has happened in the short time she had become a leader, but there is plently left to come from her in IslandClan.
