Her whole body's built for speed. It's light, small and
slender, making her fast as lightning and weak as a kit.
With just enough muscle to make her move, Night's definetly

History:
Kit: Kit? *ponders* Night's kit life wasn't exactly a kit life.
As of 3 moons old, she was an apprentice. But, for the first
3 moons of her life, she was a distant kit who was protective
of her brother, Dark. Born in a litter of two to two rogues,
Mud and Flood, both her parents were concerned she wouldn't
survive, as she was small and skinny. But, they both soon
realized that she would be more slender than skinny as
an adult.
Apprentice: As a rogue apprentice, Night was fierce and distant.
She was one for training alone and living alone, huntning for herself
and not relying on any of her family. Her training starter at 3 moons
old, when she was old enough to eat meat. She was still very protective
of her brother, Dark, though he was bigger and stronger than her. With her
sneaky personality and light-footedness she would often follow him to
keep a blue-green eye on him. He didn't appreciate it, to say the least.
After many days of keeping an eye on Dark, Night found out he was meeting
a tom named Stream, a handsome blue-eyed fluffy cream-furred tom with
pale ginger points. As Night continued her training and continued following
her brother, she picked up many bits of conversation about her, passing between
Dark and Stream.
Warrior: When Night finally reached 12 moons, old enough to stop her training
with her parents and hunt for herself, though she still lived with Mud, Flood
and Dark. One day, fed up of eavesdropping on her brother's conversations, she
followed him half-way to his usual meeting place with Stream and confronted him.
Dark said she could come along with him just this once, and she happily agreed,
her curiosity getting the better of her. When she met Stream, after many long moons
of watching him and her brother meet, she discovered he was a happy, sweet tom,
the complete opposite to Dark. After one meeting, Night asked Dark if she could
come again, to which he replied no. Still, th next day Night followed Dark as he
Stream. She had been about to jump out and talk to them both, when Stream struck
up a conversation about her.
"Your sister's nice," Stream told Dark, to which he almost laughed.
"Not when you have to live with her," Dark replied.
"Well, I like her," Stream told him. This shocked Night so much she almost fell out
of the tree she was hiding in.
"Really?" Dark asked in disbelief.
"Yeah. Why didn't you bring her with you? I'd like to see her again. Like I said, she's
nice." At this point, Dark told Stream he had to go, and the two departed. Night didn't
confront Dark this time, but she did make a plan in her head. The next day, before Dark
was due to meet Stream, she creapt out and planned to meet Stream before Dark got
there. To her suprise, Stream was already waiting there, and when she got there, he
smiled at her.
"How old are you, Night?" he asked, and the question caught her off guard.
"Um... 12 moons. Why? What about you?" she answered.
"Same," he muttured. "Old enough to choose a mate, huh?"
"I suppose. Why?"
"Well, I like you, Night," he told her. By this time, Night was sitting beside Stream.
"I've only met you once," Night told him.
"Twice," Stream corrected. Night threw him a glare.
"Fine. Twice. Still not enough to know if you like me or not," she told him.
"Okay," Stream answered. "You'd better get going, Dark's on his way." Night listened
intently couldn't even hear her brother's heavy footsteps. She threw Stream a confused look.
"I can feel his pawsteps," he told her. Night got to her paws and slid into the undergrowth
and left the tom behind her. The next day, Night met Stream again, before Dark came,
and when she arrived, the grin on Stream's face was bigger than the day before.
"You came back then?" he asked brightly, knowing it annoyed Night. She glared.
"Obviously," she muttured, sitting down beside Stream. A convesation appeared from
nowhere, mostly about Dark.
"He's co‌ming," Stream said evetually, after a long time. Once again, Night slid into
the undergrowth, leaving her brother and Stream to talk. The next day came, and Night
went out to meet Stream, a few hours earlier this time, hoping to talk to him for longer.
It was before dawn, but Stream was still there, smiling as usual. This patern contiued, each
meeting earlier and earlier, Night and Stream becoming closer and closer, for almost
2 moons. Then, one day, when Night met Stream, they sat down together as usual, and
Stream stared into Night's eyes.
"Night," he said. "Will you be my mate?" The question caught her off-guard, but she
quickly recovered.
"Yes," she found herself saying, meeting Stream's blue gaze truthfully. That meeting
ended early, as Dark's footsteps vibrated through the ground earlier than usual. As
Night snuck away again, she stoped, deciding to stay and listen to Dark and Stream's
conversation again.
"I still like your sister," Stream told Dark, waving his tail.
"Really?" Dark asked.
"Yep." Dark's eyes turned from slightly confused to overly-protective.
"Stay away from her, okay Stream? She's my sister, so stay away from her," he told
Stream. The tom looked a little shocked.
"Calm down, Dark. Calm down," he muttured, pulling himself to his paws. "I'd better
go." And Stream pushed his way throguht he undergrowth in the opposite direction,
while Dark pulled himself up and padded back home. Night stared after Stream, before
turning and following her brother, a plan forming in her head. When Dark came into
sight, she tackled him from behind, crashing into him with such speed that he fell
flat on his face.
"What did you do that for?" she hissed at him, keeping all her weight on top of him, trying
her best to keep him down.
"Why did I do what?" Dark asked, apparently clueless.
"Why did you say that! I like Stream too, and I don't need you looking after me!"
"Yes, you do," Dark told her, pushing Night of easily and oulling himself to his paws.
"I'm the one who's supposed to be protecting you, not the otehr way around. I know
you've been meeting him. I'm supposed to look after you, and I'm not letting you go
anywhere near Stream again." Dark pushed away from her and padded back to camp,
leaving Night staring after him. The next day, Night went to meet Stream, the same
place she always had. He wasn't there. For the whole day she waited, but still no
Stream. At sundown she went back to her parents' camp and cried. At midnight, she
confronted Dark again. Well, tried. When she went to his nest, it was messy, moss
and twigs everywhere, but empty. No Dark. Her mother, Flood, the she-cat who had
trained Night and taught her everything she knew, came rushing towards her, eyes
damp.
"Your brother's ran away!" she told Night, and the rogue she-cat dug her claws into
the earth underneath her paws. She pushed past her mother and ran after Dark's scent,
much to her parents' distaste. She followed his scent for just under a moon, when she
gave up and went back to her parents. Both were dead, lying with another rogue's
scent washed over them. They had both been murdered. By this point, Night was about
15 moons old. A rogue jumped out of her, claws unsheathed and teeth bared. Night
ran. She was quicker than the rogue, and escaped from death quite easily. But, when she
finally stopepd she ha
d no idea where she was. She was starving, lost, and injured
badly by the rogue, a jagged cut down her side she hadn't felt during her run. Now,
it stung and bled. She was pretty much left for dead.Half-dead and starved, she
heard the noise of many cats. She pushed her way towards the noise, and eventually
ended up in the middle of a camp. At this point Night had lost a lot of blood and
the cut had been infected. Because she was half-starved, the wound hadn't healed,
so when she got into the camp she fainted.
She woke up in the medicine cat's den, still injured, but no longer infected and recovering
fast. When she was finally well enough to leave the den, the leader of the Clan she'd
stumbled into (Miststar of StoneClan) asked her if Night wanted to join. Night wasn't too
sure what her answer was, until the words "um... okay" tumbled out of her mouth. The leader
smiled. The next day, Miststar announced Night had joined the Clan, and gave her
the wariror name Nightblaze. In the same ceremony, Nightblaze was given an apprentice,
Echopaw. So, Nightblaze began training her apprentice, learning the ways of the
Clans through her fellow warriors. Her apprentices training was uneventful, it went
smoothly and nothing went wrong. When Echopaw became a warrior and was given
the warrior name Echofall, Nightblaze was proud as could be. In the same ceremony,
Miststar announced that the deputy was retiring. Miststar chose Nightblaze as her new
deputy. A lot of the Clan was shocked, as Night had only been part of the Clan for
around 15 moons. But, most cats agreed she'd shown to be loyal, even thoguh she hadn't
been born into the Clan.
Deputy: Night's life as deputy was short lived. Miststar was one her last life, meaning
she didn't have long to teach Night the ways of being a leader. After only 4 moons,
Miststar fell into a stream and almost drowned. When she was pulled out, she was
coughing and spluttering and half-dead. She was exhausted from fighting the current.
Miststar's last words were to Nightblaze, and they were 'be the best leader StoneClan
had ever had'. Then, Miststar was gone.
Leader: She's onyl been the leader for a moon!
