II. Activity Rules

• You must make or at least start a new character within a week of joining
• Every month we will have an activity check, that can be found in the General tab. If you do not post there, your account will be deleted.
• Staff will inform you when the check begins
• Checks will last for a week, so you have plenty of time to post
• If you happen to be on holiday or you have no access to internet within that week (etc.), tell a staff member so that we know you will still be here after that check.

IV. Roleplay Rules

• All posts and threads must be appropriate
• Graphic mating is not allowed
• No godmoding; your cat can not dodge everything
• No powerplaying; you role-play someone else's character
• You may do this if the other role-player gives permission.
• There is also the exception that, if cats are unconscious or kits, they can be carried, but permission would be nice.

[li]All posts must be at least 50 words long, but hopefully you can come up with at least 100

V. Fighting and Killing Rules

• No killing without permission from the other role-player
• When fighting, cats can only do certain things:
• Bat
• Claw
• Bite
• Jump
• Distract

[li]Cats can not murder graphically. They can make others bleed to death, but if a cat rips open another cat, or does something to that effect, that cat will not be able to be role-played for 4 IC moons, and the role-player will receive a warning

• Bad example: Flyfur pinned down the silver tabby tom whom he recognised as Troutclaw from the last gathering. No mercy was given as he placed a blood-stained claw on his neck and with a swift slash, tore across his underbelly, leaving an everlasting scar. Flyfur had beaten Troutclaw of SwampClan, once and for all, ripping him open like a plastic bag, leaving him to rot in the dust. (Although this paragraph has description and paints a picture, we would appreciate it if you keep to mild violence themes, using description but nothing too gory, most description based on things that at not blood, maybe?)
• Good example: Flyfur pinned down the silver tabby tom whom he recocnised as Troutclaw from the last gathering. No mercy was given as the charcoal-black tom swiftly swiped at the enemy's underbelly. Within two seconds, only one cat was breathing. And that was Flyfur. He had defeated Troutclaw of SwampClan, once and for all. All that remained was victory and a limp, silver cat who had made his way to StarClan. (Now, this paragraph, although still making it obvious that Troutclaw was murdered, focuses more on their surroundings rather than what's happening in the innocent tom's body. To join Pro-Boards, you must be 13+, but even some adults are squeamish.)
