Full Body Appearance: Maximus is a very interesting looking cat. His pelt is only one color, black, but it can appear pale gray or brown depending on the type of light he is in. If it is very bright, his pelt is black, but the light makes some parts appear silver, and if his pelt gets ruffled, there is a pale gray color to it. If there is semi-darkness, he has dark brown fur, while if it is dark, he appears his natural color: black. His face also has some interesting features. His ears are long and straight like bat's ears. His eyes also are different from different angles. From off to the side, they appear amber. From straight on, they are a pale green color. Sometimes they even look amber from straight on. His legs are long and skinny, but they are strong.

Full Personality:
Maximus is a very amazing cat. He is great at hunting and jumping, and has been the main hunter for his family, despite being the youngest. He is sometimes good at fighting, but has one downfall that keeps him from being elite at it: he gets distracted WAY too easily. If he sees something like a mouse when he is fighting, he will forget about the fight and drop into a hunter's crouch, and then get tackled by the opponent. He enjoys jumping, hunting, and fighting, but one warrior skill you should have when living by the lake is swimming. He HATES swimming, water, and fish. Sometimes when he walks on the shore and a little wave touches his paws, he jumps and gets as far away from the water as possible. He is also extremely friendly, and if a cat is no threat to his family, most likely, he will end up wanting to be friends with them. But, whenever those cats leave him, he gets very depressed for a day. For most cats, it would be a longer time to feel good again after a friend leaves you, but his short span of sadness was not because he was not really attached to the cat, it was because he has such a happy personality, that it is hard for him to be sad for a long time. When something makes him angry, he sometimes hisses and bites, and then starts purring and licking right after that. He never holds grudges. Maximus loves to play, which can be good, since he gets lots of friends that way, but it can also be bad since he sometimes plays right in the middle of a real fight. He enjoys other cats and company, and hates being alone. He loves hunting and jumping, his two big skills, and fighting as well, even though he is not so good at it all the time. He hates all forms of water, such as lake water, rain, or fog. Whenever his pelt gets wet from water, he sits in a warm sandy area on the beach to dry off. He will drink water, but he does not enjoy it when water flicks up at him. He hates being alone, and if he is, he will seek out another cat to be with. He does not like the cold days of leaf bare, but also is not a fan of hot days. He enjoys moderate, temperate days. He is also very entertaining. He can do all kinds of tricks. He does these while hunting, fighting, or even just for show. He can do somersaults, which he usually does while hunting, he can jump very high, and can do flips in the air, which he does a lot while hunting birds, and can also spin slightly in the air. This he does mostly just to be entertaining.

History:
Kit: Maximus was born on a sunny afternoon, deep into new leaf. He was an only kit in that litter, with two older siblings, named Ringo and Emma. His parents loved him very much. After a moon of care in the nursery, Maximus was allowed to go outside the makeshift nursery, a small ledge in a hill, to go out and explore the land. He did not go too far, but enough to catch a mouse. He was clumsy and slipped into the lake, and was saved by Ringo. Ever since, he has stayed well clear of the water.
